TAI CHI - aDVANCED
Tai Chi is a recreational fitness form of flowing movements designed to exercise and develop the body and mind in unison. The movements are performed in a slow dream-like pace, with deep concentration and diaphragmatic breathing to transport one into a state of tranquil relaxation.
Tai Chi utilizes the principle of non-physical exertion and internal organ exercise by way of corrective breathing, controlled stretching and gentle artistic movement to improve strength and balance.
Completion of at least one term at the Intermediate class (Levels 3+4) is recommended.
Wear comfortable clothing, shoes and bring a water bottle

Yoga to Restore your Health, Joy, Passion & Vitality
A gentle yoga body practice to maintain health, improve flexibility and to manage the stresses of everyday life by restoring your health and inner calmness. This nurturing class supports your mind, body and spirit through somatic postures, stretching, breathwork and meditation.
Each session finishes with deep relaxation techniques to leave you refreshed, re-energised and at peace.
The teacher works with each person individually, because no class should be “one-size-fits-all”.

INTRO to qigong
This slower paced class focuses on balance, proprioception and precision.
Exercises that will improve posture, hip strength, leg strength and upper back strength.
This class is suitable for participants who are new to Qigong, recovering from injuries or post-natal.
