ZUMBA GOLD

This eight-week Zumba Gold® course offers a fun and low-impact way to move your body and boost your energy. With easy-to-follow choreography and a focus on balance, coordination and range of motion, it’s a great way to stay active and build confidence through movement.

Set to vibrant Latin and world rhythms, each class combines gentle cardio, muscular conditioning and flexibility in a supportive and feel-good environment.

Intro to chair yoga

A senior's chair yoga class offers a gentle, accessible approach to exercise, specifically designed for older adults. Participants practice seated yoga poses and stretches, making it ideal for those with limited mobility or balance concerns. The class typically begins with grounding breath work to promote relaxation, followed by a series of gentle movements aimed at improving flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.

This class practises mindfulness techniques, helping participants focus on their breath and body while fostering a sense of calm and connection. Chair yoga provides a safe and inclusive environment for seniors to engage in physical activity.
