Artificial Intelligence is rapidly becoming a valuable tool for research, planning, learning, communication and decision-making. This course builds on basic AI skills and helps participants learn how to ask better questions, compare different AI platforms, and use AI safely and effectively in everyday life.
Participants will explore real-world examples including travel planning, health and wellbeing research, community services, shopping, writing assistance and lifelong learning.
Topics covered include:
Building prompts step-by-step
Preparing questions for medical appointments
Common mistakes that produce poor answers
Different AI platforms and what they do best
Travel planning and itineraries
Writing emails, letters and social media content
Creating personal AI assistants
