To process your application you will need to make an initial enquiry by completing and submitting the form below.
We will respond via email to confirm whether the dates you have specified are available. We recommend making enquiries well in advance of your proposed hire dates as last minute bookings are less likely to be possible.
Room and facility inspection is available between 10am and 2pm by appointment only.
Please note the Terms & Conditions of Hire contained in the Hire Agreement. You need to ensure the time specified on your hire form allows time for setup and clean up. All facilities must be left in a state ready for the next group using the facility.
The Centre is not available for party hiring. All Hirers are subject to a $20 Annual CCC Membership Fee.
